A bit about Jeff

Prior to joining the San Jacinto South Faculty in Houston, Texas in January 2011, McGee held a teaching appointment at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas while simultaneously working as a bronze casting and fabrication sculptor at Staab Studios in Kearney, Missouri.  His work has been shown nationally and internationally, with high regard for its craftsmanship and whimsical approach to traditional mediums and practices.  McGee’s passion for inter-disciplinary dialogue is evident in his teaching methods and creative pursuits which stress contemporary problem solving and critical thinking across diverse vocations.
